Project Riven

on our website you can buy the game and food with a discount. you buy the game for €50 * 8 = €400. you might say that’s a lot of money, but for €30 you can buy food for 8 people for an entire 24 hour LAN-party. so for €430 you have 8 games and enough food for the entire LAN-party. if you divide that by 8 its €53,75 per person and you own the game for the rest of your life.

the biggest risk is the ability to deliver. delivering the product is the most important this as a web shop and we are looking for a storage to place enough product to last at least 3 days of service.

The guy is correct in “the ability to deliver” being the biggest risk. I don’t think he realizes just how gigantic the task of stocking and distributing food-products across a country is. He’s  probably going to need A LOT more than €5000.

Serial chillers by Mark Lindsay

We are to travel the Uk to 10 of its most historic , infamous locations where brutal murders took place , filming and documenting at night looking for paranormal evidence of serial killers and their victims .

The dead may talk through our specialised equipment and we can gather the evidence getting answers on our adopted cameras.

What’s paranormal about people killing other people?

Online IP Protection by Glen Campbell

Our technology has global and significant implications. It has the potential to completely change the way the internet is used, and ensure that Intellectual Property owners regain some control over their products.

So it’s DRM, but this time it will really work? Unlike the thousands of previous attempt at DRM that “really worked”?

The solution to IP theft copyright infringement would be to offer the product in a convenient and cheap manner, not to lock it down so hard most consumers couldn’t use it.
The thing with DRM is, if the consumer is to be able to use the material, it will be possible to crack it.

Also, for $5000 all you get is a thank you note? No, thanks.

Student Sponsored College

This guy wants $100 (uh… why go on Kickstarter if you’re asking for pocket money?) to create a (plan for?) a student driven college.

All without being accredited, or having any quality control what so ever.

I’m not saying the current US model isn’t outrageous, but I don’t see this to be a solution.

Also, this guy needs to do something about his wall-of-text.

Hte spo0kest boook in the w0lrd by Sp0okmstr666

What the hell is this person going on about? I tried to parse whatever gibberish the KS page was written in, and I think my soul (or whatever is left of it) collapsed by the sheer lack of grammar.

That might be THE WORST kickstarter I’ve EVER seen.
